Preparation is one of the keys to eating well.  We all know that grabbing something unhealthy is often quicker and easier than choosing something that will fuel our bodies in the best way.  The weeknight dinner dilemma is no exception.  Suddenly it’s 5 o’clock and you have no idea what’s for dinner.  When you also want to make something that will be wholesome and tasty with the ingredients you have on hand, that’s another whole challenge!

Enter the Crock Pot.


While I can’t take credit (I found this idea on Pinterest), I LOVE this idea!  By spending one afternoon doing prep work, you can prep meals for weeks!  On any given morning, just pop the contents of your pre- prepped meal bag into the Crock Pot, turn it on, and come home to a wonderful meal!
